For the development and optimization of modern magnetic systems, we offer specialized analysis and evaluation of magnetic properties and relevant material characteristics. Depending on the specific problem, we employ numerical methods, process engineering considerations, the determination of characteristic magnetic parameters, and supplementary chemical analyses. Using quantitative microstructural analysis and machine learning methods, we assess material quality and specifically identify structure-property relationships.

Based on this, we develop high-performance hard and soft magnetic materials with customized properties, design complete magnetic systems, and create physically grounded micromagnetic models to provide a deep understanding of material and system behavior.

For tear-down analyses (TDA) and characterization of lithium-ion batteries in all common cell formats, as well as fuel cells, we offer customized analysis packages tailored precisely to your requirements. Our portfolio includes non-destructive CT analyses (geometry and cell design), cell dissections to assess manufacturing quality and identify defects, detailed benchmark analyses (including mass balances and bill of materials), determination of compositions and active materials, post-mortem analyses to investigate aging effects and damage analyses, as well as electrical characterizations of batteries and battery modules.
